Payments : A non-refundable deposit of 30–50% is required upfront before work begins. The remaining balance is due once the work is complete. I will show you a preview (image or video) of the finished work before the final file is delivered.

Pricing : Base price is 2,000 Robux (~$7.5) per frame. Final pricing may vary depending on complexity and scope. Prices are negotiable — however if the base price is outside your budget, please do not request complex or multi-frame work at or below that rate.

Cancellations & Refunds : Orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun. If a cancellation is agreed upon before work starts, the deposit is non-refundable. Any refunds are issued in Robux only.

Revisions : Minor revisions are included. Major changes to the original brief may incur additional charges.

Communication : All commissions are handled via Discord. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for a response. You are welcome to ask for progress updates but please avoid sending repeated messages.

Pricing Changes : Base prices are subject to change due to demand. You will always be informed of the current rate before any agreement is made.
